Job summary

GSK in the United States seeks a Specialty Access & Reimbursement Manager (SARM) to advance patient access for our specialty medicines. You will educate providers on payer coverage, pricing policies and reimbursement pathways while partnering with Payer Account Managers and specialty teams.

This role requires strong problem-solving, matrix leadership and the ability to manage multiple access projects across sites. Travel up to 60% is expected; reside near the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Specialty or Payer programs.
• Ability to travel up to 60% including overnights and live within territory.

Responsibilities

• Support access to GSK specialty products for patients.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Collaborate with payer/account teams and hubs on access issues.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and provide access expertise to field teams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts in a matrix environment.
