Job summary

GSK is seeking a Specialty Access & Reimbursement Manager (SARM) in the United States to drive patient access for GSK specialty products. The role emphasizes payer engagement, coding and payment policy education, and collaboration across matrix teams.

The SARM will analyze access issues, provide reimbursement expertise to field teams, and coordinate with hubs and payer stakeholders to reduce barriers to product access. A Director of Specialty Field Reimbursement will oversee the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in field reimbursement or specialty areas.
• Knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong leadership in a matrix environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support access to GSK Specialty products for appropriate patients.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding and payment policies for GSK specialties.
• Interface with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy teams and Sales professionals.
• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide reimbursement expertise to field teams and patient access strategies.
• Coordinate with hubs and third parties on access/reimbursement issues.
• Support patient access by addressing barriers to product access.
• Report to a Director of Specialty Field Reimbursement.
