Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for small business clients in a field-based role across data, phone, video, and mobile services. You’ll prospect, conduct needs analyses, and guide leads from first contact through sale while maintaining records and collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
