Job summary

Always Best Care Montgomery County is seeking a driven Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships, networking in the community, and helping families connect with trusted senior care solutions within Montgomery County, MD.

You’ll spend about 90% of your time in the field, with 10% in the office, nurturing hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and senior care partners while growing our referral pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Ability to develop referral partnerships and networks.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and senior care partners.
• Conduct face-to-face marketing visits and community presentations.
• Identify and grow referral opportunities throughout Montgomery County.
• Manage referral pipeline using CRM systems and provide updates to leadership.
• Attend networking events and health fairs to generate leads.
• Provide consultations to assess care needs and recommend solutions.
• Follow up with referral sources and families regularly.
