Always Best Care Montgomery County is seeking a driven Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships, networking in the community, and helping families connect with trusted senior care solutions within Montgomery County, MD.

You’ll spend about 90% of your time in the field, with 10% in the office, nurturing hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and senior care partners while growing our referral pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and senior care partners.

• Identify and grow referral opportunities throughout Montgomery County.
• Manage referral pipeline using CRM systems and provide updates to leadership.

MD | Full-Time | Field-Based Role

Always Best Care of Montgomery County is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, field-based sales and business development role for someone who thrives on building referral partnerships, networking in the community, and helping families connect with trusted senior care solutions.

This role is approximately 90% field-based and 10% office-based and requires a self-starter who can independently manage a territory, develop referral relationships, and grow new business opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits $60-80k per year base salary + commission

• Additional earnings for closed placements and performance growth
• Mileage reimbursement included

Territory Includes:

• Primary focus on Montgomery County, Maryland, including adjacent territories.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, assisted living communities, and senior care partners
• Conduct face-to-face marketing visits, community outreach, and professional presentations
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout Montgomery County
• Manage and grow a referral pipeline usingCRM systems
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and families
• Conduct client consultations to understand care needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community activities
• Provide activity updates and reports to leadership

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Flexible, self-managed schedule
• Approximately 90% field / 10% office
• Evening and weekend outreach may be required
• On-call responsiveness expected for referral sources
