Job summary

Always Best Care Montgomery County is seeking a driven Home Care Sales Representative to join a high-energy, field-based team. You will build referral partnerships, network in the community, and help families connect with trusted senior care solutions in Montgomery County, MD.

The role is approximately 90% field-based and 10% office-based, with a base salary of $60-80k plus commissions and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or relationship-based sales experience.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to create new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, networking and follow-up skills.
• Independent, self-starter who can manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, assisted living communities, and senior care partners.
• Conduct face-to-face marketing visits, community outreach, and professional presentations.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout Montgomery County.
• Manage and grow a referral pipeline using CRM systems.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and families.
• Conduct client consultations to understand care needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community activities.
• Provide activity updates and reports to leadership.
