Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse with case management expertise for a field-based role servicing Paso Robles and surrounding areas.

You will coordinate care, communicate with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys, and attend medical appointments in person to drive optimal outcomes. The role offers flexible scheduling, potential for bonus compensation, and opportunities to impact earnings through your own efficiency and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated geographical service areas to attend in-person appointments/visits.
• Management of cases as assigned by ISYS, including rush/same-day referrals and attendance at medical appointments.
• Autonomous management of assigned caseload with scheduling and prioritization.
• Conducting onsite case management following CMSA and ISYS guidelines.
• Coordinate and attend physician appointments, hospital visits, and conferences to facilitate treatment recommendations.
• Provide proactive communication and action plans to implement treatment and recovery.
