Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an RN Case Manager for field-based work servicing Carson City and surrounding areas. You will manage cases, coordinate medical care, and communicate with insurers, providers, employers and attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role offers a strong compensation range and the flexibility to impact earnings, with the bonus potential and a mix of field duties and schedule autonomy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• Registered Nurse (RN-BC).
• Outstanding English language skills; professional communication.
• Proficient with PCs and MS Office Suite; willing to learn new technologies.
• Excellent prioritization, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Strong character: Dependability, Honesty, Determination and Compassion.
• Willing to obtain CCM after the first year.
• Able to establish a home office with strong internet.
• Understanding and appreciation of excellent customer service.
• All credentials and licensure must be valid and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated areas to in-person appointments.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS and attend medical visits.
• Autonomous management of caseload and scheduling.
• Conduct onsite Case Management following CMSA and ISYS guidelines.
• Coordinate physician appointments and treatment recommendations timely.
• Communicate with medical providers about diagnosis and prognosis.
• Support return-to-work opportunities and cost containment.
• Provide proactive communication with all parties involved.
