Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC in Sparks, NV seeks an experienced RN, Case Manager to provide field-based workers' compensation case management. You will coordinate care, communicate with insurers, providers, and employers, and attend medical appointments in-person.

You will also document thoroughly and drive toward optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes. The role requires frequent travel, autonomous caseload management, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Requires RN-BC licensure and current license
• Outstanding English language skills: speaking, writing, grammar, professional communication
• Proficient with PCs and Windows and MS Office Suite; ability to type at moderate speed
• Excellent prioritization, problem solving, organization and time management
• Strong character: dependability, honesty, determination and compassion
• Willingness to obtain CCM certification after first year
• Ability to establish a home office with strong internet
• Credentials and licensure must be valid and maintained
• All required licenses and credentials must be current

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated service areas to in-person appointments
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS, including rush referrals and attendance at appointments
• Autonomous management of caseload with scheduling and prioritization
• Conduct onsite Case Management following CMSA and ISYS protocols
• Coordinate and attend physician appointments, hospital visits, and related activities
• Discuss diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis with medical providers
• Support return-to-work decisions and cost containment strategies
• Provide proactive communication with all parties involved; in-person, phone, or written
• Contribute to timely claim resolution with research and actionable plans
• Ensure patient-centered, timely care and adherence to CMSA guidelines
