Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a field-based RN Case Manager to service Oakland and surrounding areas. You will conduct in-person assessments, coordinate care, and communicate with insurers, providers, employers and attorneys. Make a difference by driving to medical appointments and completing prompt documentation.

The compensation range is $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and a flexible schedule in a rewarding, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Field-based case management in workers' compensation
• Ability to travel frequently for in-person appointments
• Strong communication with insurers, providers, employers and attorneys

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated service areas for in-person appointments
• Manage caseload and attend medical appointments as scheduled
• Coordinate weekly and daily activities with CMSA and ISYS guidelines
• Facilitate timely medical care and return-to-work determinations
• Provide proactive communication and action plans to optimize outcomes
