Job summary

ISYS is seeking a Field-based RN Case Manager to service Glendale and surrounding areas. You will travel to medical appointments, document diligently, and coordinate with insurers, providers, and attorneys. The role offers earnings potential with bonus opportunities and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

The compensation range is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually, with growth opportunities and strong emphasis on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• Registered Nurse (RN-BC).
• Outstanding English language skills: speaking, writing, grammar, professional communication.
• Proficient with PCs and Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent prioritization, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Strong character: Dependability, Honesty, Determination and Compassion.
• Willingness to obtain CCM certification after the first year of employment.
• Ability to establish home office with strong internet connection.
• Understanding and appreciation of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management services within the workers’ compensation industry.
• Coordinate care, communicate with carriers, healthcare providers, and attorneys.
• Attend medical appointments in-person; drive to designated locations.
• Complete prompt documentation and maintain CMSA, ISYS guidelines.
• Support Return to Work decisions and cost containment for the customer.
