Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. seeks an RN Case Manager for field-based assignments serving Santa Fe, NM and surrounding areas.

You will provide quality workers' compensation case management, coordinate medical care, communicate with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys, and attend in-person appointments as needed. This autonomous role offers strong earning potential with a compensation range of $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a flexible schedule and bonus compensation opportunities based on

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout Santa Fe and surrounding areas for in-person visits.
• Manage caseload autonomously, coordinating weekly/daily activities and priorities.
• Conduct onsite case management following CMSA guidelines and ISYS protocols.
• Coordinate attendance at physician appointments, hospital visits, case conferences, and related services.
• Communicate proactively with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys to facilitate timely outcomes.
• Support Return-to-Work planning and cost-containment strategies for injured workers.
