Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC seeks an RN, Case Manager to service Santa Fe and surrounding areas. This field-based role coordinates care for injured workers, attends appointments, communicates with carriers and providers, and completes timely documentation.

compensation ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 annually, with bonus potential and flexible scheduling. Travel is frequent to meet clients and sites within the service area.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• RN-BC license.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PCs.
• Willingness to obtain CCM after year one.
• Home office with strong internet required.
• All credentials must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management services in workers’ compensation.
• Coordinate care and communicate with carriers, providers, and attorneys.
• Attend medical appointments and complete documentation.
• Assist return-to-work planning and cost containment.
• Travel to appointments within designated areas; possible overnight travel.
• Maintain CMSA/isys guidelines and ensure timely care.
