• Field-based workers' compensation case management
• Professional communication with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys
• Ability to travel to in-person medical appointments and maintain timely documentation

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout designated service areas to attend in-person appointments
• Manage assigned cases with CMSA guidelines and ISYS protocols
• Coordinate treatment plans and return-to-work considerations with all parties
• Facilitate timely claim resolution through proactive communication and documentation
• Maintain proactive, professional discussions with medical providers and employers
