FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to serve as a vital link between departments and the property management team in Cincinnati. The role involves engaging residents during move-ins, performing light maintenance, and conducting inventory audits to ensure homes meet high standards.

The position requires frequent driving and a company-issued fleet vehicle is provided. Candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays as needed and travel within the assigned market.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledgeable of water valves, circuit breakers and other home basics.
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal laws governing Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other real estate laws.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate move-in orientations and welcome residents to their homes.
• Carry out light cleaning inside and outside to improve curb appeal for prospective residents.
• Perform routine light maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters).
• Audit products and inventory for accuracy.
• Conduct regular inspections of vacant inventory and manage lockbox access.
• Handle utility payments and deliver documents to local municipalities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and related laws.
