Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to act as a vital link between departments and the property management team. This field-based position requires frequent driving and a company fleet vehicle will be provided.

You will lead move-in orientations, perform light cleaning and maintenance, audit inventories, and ensure compliance with housing laws while supporting residents and colleagues in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledgeable of water valves, circuit breakers and other home basics.
• Knowledgeable of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and real estate laws.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate move-in orientations for new residents and provide necessary information for a smooth welcome.
• Perform light cleaning inside and outside the property to boost curb appeal.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks like changing bulbs and filters.
• Audit products and inventory.
• Conduct bi-weekly inspections of vacant inventory; manage lockbox access and occupancy checks.
• Handle utility payments and document deliveries to municipalities.
