FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to serve as a field-based liaison, driving between communities and the management team. You will welcome new residents, help with move-in tasks, and ensure homes meet standards. The role requires frequent travel and a company vehicle is provided.

You will perform light maintenance, audits, and occupancy checks while adhering to Fair Housing and related laws. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalence.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledgeable of water valves, circuit breakers and other home basics.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA laws as they relate to real estate.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate move-in orientations and welcome new residents.
• Perform light cleaning to improve property appeal.
• Carry out routine light maintenance tasks (bulbs, air filters).
• Conduct inventory audits and bi-weekly vacancy inspections.
• Manage lockbox access and occupancy checks; handle document delivery.
• Make utility payments in person and liaise with municipalities.
• Comply with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related laws.
