Job summary

Roche seeks a Regional Account Specialist - Mass Spectrometry to launch, sell and promote our Mass Spectrometry solutions across the Southeast region. This role develops territory plans, builds strategic accounts and coordinates with account managers to meet revenue goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of sales experience, with LC/MS knowledge preferred. You will present solutions, manage complex opportunities, travel as needed, and help drive growth while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Strategic planning, negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch, sell and promote Mass Spectrometry solutions to customers in the territory.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage key partner relationships and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and involve technical personnel as needed.
• Travel within territory as required.
