Qualifications

• MD required with board certification in endocrinology strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/Medical Affairs experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership within Medical Affairs.
• Proven success leading strategy within specialty pharma or rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Endocrinology Medical Affairs strategy aligning with franchise priorities.
• Lead field medical teams, cross-functional partnerships, and evidence-generation initiatives.
• Engage KOLs and investigators; represent Medical Affairs at external forums.
• Ensure compliance, lifecycle management support, and scientific leadership across the portfolio.
