Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a field-based Precision Account Manager in California to educate multidisciplinary cancer care teams and drive adoption of FGFR2-targeted therapies. You will manage a defined geography, build relationships with academic medical centers and oncologists, and coordinate internal resources to address account needs.

The role requires deep oncology knowledge, the ability to navigate complex accounts, and travel across a national territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, or medical sales experience, including oncology.
• Understanding of biomarker-driven oncology and molecular profiling.
• Ability to communicate complex oncology information accurately and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned geography and achieve sales objectives ethically.
• Build relationships with academic medical centers, cancer institutions, and key oncology stakeholders.
• Educate multidisciplinary teams on FGFR2-focused disease state and testing workflows.
• Deliver in-person and virtual engagements with clear, compliant messaging.
