Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue in biomedical optics.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical device manufacturers, universities, and imaging organizations.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across endoscopy, microscopy, and imaging.
• Consult with customers to translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.
• Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, and leadership teams.
• Educate customers on product capabilities and manufacturing possibilities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and market intelligence.
