Job summary

Go!Foton seeks a Senior Biomedical Optics Sales professional to expand the biomedical optics customer base through direct and channel channels. You will develop strategic plans, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align launches and messaging.

You will travel domestically about 25% to 40% of the time, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate technical capabilities into business value for healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of biomedical optic sales experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical documents related to sales and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize new biomedical optical business opportunities.
• Lead and manage optical solution selling to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage formulary discussions with healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to align strategies with launches and messaging.
• Provide market feedback to drive product strategies and roadmaps.
• Maintain records of scientific interactions, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Forecast trends and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
