N C Power Systems, a part of Harnish Group, seeks a Power Generation Sales Representative based in Central Washington. This technical, consultative role focuses on identifying customer needs, visiting job sites, coordinating with technical teams, and developing power generation solutions to support standby and prime power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, or equivalent technical industry/sales experience.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and job sites to manage the territory.
• Strong relationship-building, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with end users and electrical contractors.
• Travel to customer locations and job sites within Central Washington.
• Configure and quote custom power generation solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to develop proposals and bids.
• Use CRM and quoting tools to manage accounts and opportunities.
