Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health, sciences, pharmacy or business field.
• Minimum five years in pharma/health industry with three years in sales preferred.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style and needs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs while driving brand objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve results.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and frequency with key customers.
• Differentiate value proposition and build trusted relationships with healthcare providers.
