Krystal Biotech is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL), a field-based role that supports patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals with reimbursement, distribution, and non-medical education related to access to therapy.

The PAL will educate sites of care on prior authorization and coordinate with specialty pharmacy and distributors, building trusted relationships to ensure ongoing adherence while navigating payer requirements across a defined geographic region.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in patient services, field reimbursement, biopharma sales or account management.
• Experience with patients/families education and access support.
• Orphan or Rare disease experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate patients and office staff about payer access and insurance processes.
• Assist patients with locating sites of care and home dosing options.
• Navigate office and SOC staff to identify personnel supporting coverage and access needs.
• Provide information on affordability options including copay assistance and PAPs.
• Coordinate next appointments and therapy initiation; support adherence to therapy.
