Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and maintain equipment readiness across procedures. You will ensure devices, disposables, and processes are aligned to deliver a seamless operating room experience.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with OR staff and biomedical teams, and maintain documentation and compliance while traveling as needed to support accounts within your region.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker equipment per surgeon preference and ensure functionality before procedures.
• Provide intraoperative adjustments and immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy systems.
• Educate OR/SPD staff on product use and troubleshooting.
