Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment readiness for MIS procedures. You will manage setup, adjust devices, troubleshoot issues, and train staff to optimize patient care while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

This on-site role requires rotating schedules including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts, with travel to support other accounts as needed; the position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating room technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
