Job summary

Stryker Endoscopy OnSite Specialist role in the United States involves supporting surgical teams, ensuring equipment readiness, and coordinating with OR, SPD, and biomedical staff to deliver high-quality service.

You will troubleshoot equipment, educate clinical staff on product use, and maintain documentation while traveling to support multiple accounts as needed. This position requires on-site presence and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some roles accept equivalent certifications.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or sterile workflow experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification required within 6 months for sterile processing roles; renewed annually.
• Ability to rotate schedules, travel, and arrive on call within 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures with equipment adjustments and rapid responses.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical, and clinical partners.
• Maintain documentation on equipment usage, performance metrics, and updates.
• Stay current on Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
• Follow safety, privacy, and facility standards and present professionally.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, weekends; travel as needed.
