Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and seamless procedural flow. You will manage sterile processing, anticipate device needs during procedures, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high service reliability.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work rotating shifts, and occasional travel to other accounts. Training on Stryker products is provided to stay current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST certification within 6 months may be required for Sterile Processing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for each procedure.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to deliver excellent service and build relationships.
• Maintain documentation of equipment usage, performance metrics, and account updates.
