Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating device needs, and maintaining high service reliability. You will work with OR personnel to minimize downtime and maintain accurate documentation while staying current with Stryker technologies.

The role requires flexibility for on-call, overnight, weekend shifts, and travel as needed, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to educate clinical staff on product use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service, technical assistance, or OR support.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment to ensure readiness and minimize workflow interruptions.
• Support OR teams by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain documentation on equipment usage and monthly performance metrics.
• Stay current with training and educate clinical staff on product use.
• Follow safety, privacy standards and maintain professional appearance.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, weekends, and travel.
