Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking an OnSite Endoscopy Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth device integration before, during, and after procedures.

You will troubleshoot complex equipment, anticipate device needs for the OR, collaborate with surgeons and biomedical staff, document usage and metrics, and provide flexible coverage including on‑call and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification within 6 months of start date and yearly renewal for Sterile Processing roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables before procedures.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain high reliability and minimize downtime.
• Document procedure information, equipment usage, and monthly performance metrics.
• Travel up to 10% and provide coverage across accounts as needed.
