Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness and responsive in-room service. You will troubleshoot endoscopy and related systems, adjust settings during procedures, and work closely with OR, SPD, and biomedical staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes field-based coverage with travel within a defined region, flexible shift patterns, and ongoing training on Stryker devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• CRCST certification within 6 months for sterile processing roles; renewals annually.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Stryker equipment to surgeon preferences and ensure functionality before procedures.
• Troubleshoot endoscopy and integration systems; adjust device settings intraoperatively.
• Support OR, SPD, and biomedical teams to maintain equipment readiness and performance.
• Educate staff on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Maintain documentation of equipment usage, incidents, and monthly performance metrics.
