Job summary

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Driving a personal auto or company car and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics.
