Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead a territory with hematology/oncology focus in Southern California. The role is field-based and requires building trusted partnerships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and other stakeholders to advance brand objectives.

You will develop comprehensive territory plans, deliver compliant, patient-focused engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling within the CA geography as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Strong ability to develop strategic territory plans and execute with discipline.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Meet health care industry credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities.
