Job summary

360care seeks a dedicated medical assistant to support physicians across audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health at assigned facilities. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, prep charts, and ensure smooth patient flow, while assisting with equipment care and inventory.

The role requires travel up to 100% of the time, strong communication, and adherence to HIPAA and facility guidelines. A high school diploma or GED and TB testing are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verify and maintain clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager on day of visit.
