Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified centers. The role blends clinical education, account management, and patient access, reporting to the Regional Sales Director and requiring up to 70% travel.

You will build relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and integrated health systems while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance throughout launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs or complex site-of-care models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers and health systems.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to optimize treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and payer processes.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Ops.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways.
