Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience; specialty or complex therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement knowledge is a plus.
• Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of Compass Pathways’ therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers with referrals and patient pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard and optimize treatment workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and aiding providers with access challenges.
• Gather and communicate field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, including call planning and performance tracking.
