Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a field-based Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology, covering a multi-state territory. You will deliver procedural support, education, and clinical demonstrations to surgeons and healthcare teams, driving adoption and use of MONARCH Urology solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration with the sales team to meet account objectives and expand patient impact. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical sales and field-based customer support.

• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through education and service.

• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and training events.
• Lead educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
