Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology to cover the Delta Plains Territory (KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, N. MS). You will deliver procedural support, educate customers, and drive utilization of Monarch Urology in hospitals and ambulatory settings.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in clinical, medical device, or sales roles, with travel up to 90%. The role offers a base pay range of 70,000–90,000 USD plus a sales incentive program and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years in clinical, medical device technical and/or sales roles.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or other technical procedural specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through education and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to drive system and disposable utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and procedural adoption.
• Partner with sales leadership to support objectives and account plans.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and escalation.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone workflows.
• Deliver professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
