Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology, to drive capital system sales and procedure growth across PA/OH/WV territory. You will build strategic plans, manage accounts, and lead clinical discussions with surgeons and executives to demonstrate value of the Monarch Urology platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in medtech or complex capital equipment sales.
• Ability to build and execute territory business plans with stakeholders.
• Strong communication with clinicians, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans that achieve capital system sales and disposable revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan including account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and economic buyers to understand customer needs and funding pathways.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate post‑sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption plans with internal partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving long‑term utilization.
• Partner with Regional Business Director to execute referral education and utilization growth strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products and related workflows.
