Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and drive territory growth across the assigned region. You will collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives to assist with clinical procedures, customer engagement, and account management in various settings.

The role involves travel within the territory, supporting product evaluations, and delivering education to surgeons, nurses, and staff to ensure best-in-class product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education.
