Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager based in the Greater San Francisco area to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and other lifecycle offerings.

The role requires a high-energy, customer-focused sales professional with knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and the ability to translate technical needs into measurable business outcomes, driving uptime, efficiency and lifecycle value for building

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or account management experience in HVAC/building systems.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely around rooftops.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Pipeline and CRM management to hit annual targets.
• Consultative closing, renewals, and proposals for service agreements.
• Sell Carrier HVAC service products and solutions (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Create and maintain sales territory and account plans; present at customer seminars.
