Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by pursuing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, and digital solutions. You will build trusted advisor relationships, optimize building asset performance, and connect services to capital renewal planning.

The role is field-based, covering South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, with a lucrative commission plan and company car.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops and mechanical rooms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track all sales activities and manage your pipeline within the CRM to hit annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and close deals.

Ausbildung

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
