Travel up to 75% and aHybrid/Field schedule support flexible coverage within the Dallas area. Requirements include a clinical background with ABD/SSI experience or an LPN/LVN license in TX, plus MS Office proficiency and reliable home internet.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical experience with ABD/SSI populations or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in members' homes or community settings.
• Access to reliable home internet and AI-assisted assessment tools acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Complete face-to-face assessments in members' homes to address unmet needs.
• Travel up to 75% of the time, including up to 100 miles from work location.
• Meet documentation and turnaround times per state contractual requirements.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
• Create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets and emails.
• Work on Service Plans for Medicaid members.
• reside within commutable distance of duties.
