About This Role

• Residency: Must reside in or within commutable driving distance to Dallas, TX
• Schedule: Full Time, Day shift
• Travel: 75% travel within the Dallas, TX area and surrounding areas

Requirements

Education

• Current unrestricted Texas RN license required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a community health or healthcare setting required
• 2+ years of experience working within the community health setting preferred
• 1+ years of experience with long-term care services and support, Medicaid or Medicare preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current unrestricted Texas RN license required
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required
