Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking a Service Associate to collect single-use devices in hospitals within your designated territory. You will visit operating rooms, patient floors and labs and collaborate with OR staff, Supply Chain, EVS, Sales Reps and hospital administration to provide training and superior service on device collection.

You will partner with your supervisor and sales teams to grow collections, participate in weekly huddles and in-person team meetings, and

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or GED.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 80–100 miles per day.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within assigned territory.
• Visit operating rooms, patient floors and labs and engage with hospital staff.
• Provide training and education on Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins.
• Build relationships with customers and increase device collections.
• Report receipt growth and track collections in internal systems.
