Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Service Associate to support hospital-based collections of single-use devices within your designated territory. You will visit operating rooms, patient floors and labs, engaging with OR staff, Supply Chain, EVS, Sales Reps, and hospital leaders to provide excellent customer service and training on Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins.

You will collaborate with supervisors and sales reps to grow device collections, participate in team huddles, and adhere to the sales

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to drive 80–100 miles per day.

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices from hospitals in your territory, visiting ORs, patient floors and labs.
• Engage with hospital staff and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with customers and grow device collections; participate in team huddles and follow company policies.
