Job summary

Stryker in Kentucky is seeking a Service Associate who will collect single-use devices at hospitals within the assigned territory, visiting operating rooms, patient floors and labs. You will engage with OR staff, supply chain teams and hospital administrators to provide training and education on Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and acceptable devices.

You will partner with supervisors and sales reps to grow collections, participate in weekly huddles, and uphold our sales code of conduct

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and insurance to travel by car.
• Highschool degree or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentials at hospitals within territory.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within designated territory.
• Visit operating rooms, patient floors and labs; engage with hospital staff.
• Build relationships with customers and increase device collections.
• Partner with supervisor and sales reps; participate in team meetings and adhere to policies.
