Job summary

Stryker in New York seeks Service Associates to collect single-use devices from hospitals within the assigned territory, engaging with OR staff and administration to deliver superior customer service and education on Sustainability Solution bins.

In this field-based role, you will build relationships with customers, coordinate with supervisors and sales reps, and track device collections and receipts to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 80–100 miles per day.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices from hospitals within assigned territory.
• Engage with hospital staff to provide training and education on the Stryker Sustainability Solution bins.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive device collections and report growth.
