Stryker Corporation is seeking a Service Associate to collect single-use devices across hospitals within a defined territory. You will engage hospital staff, OR personnel, and logistics teams to educate on Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and drive device collections.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, field-based travel, and collaboration with sales reps, with performance tracked via receipt growth and collection reporting.

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with appropriate insurance.
• Use of personal vehicle; 80–100 miles per day in territory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentials in the territory.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within the designated territory.
• Visit operating rooms, patient floors and rooms, EP and Cath labs.
• Engage with hospital staff and partners to educate on bins and device collections.
• Partner with supervisor and sales reps to grow device collections.
• Maintain receipts growth reporting and collection tracking.
